Herndon, VA — October 4, 2024 — DCLS has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide language services in support of the agency's mission — helping the SBA reach small businesses and entrepreneurs in communities across all 50 states and U.S. territories.

"We are honored to partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration under this agreement," said the DCLS leadership team. "It reflects our ability to deliver high-quality language solutions at national scale, and our commitment to supporting SBA programs that serve communities in every part of the country."

Under the BPA, DCLS will provide translation, interpretation, and transcription across a wide range of languages in support of SBA outreach, communications, and program activities nationwide — spanning the agency's district offices, resource partners, and public-facing materials — applying the quality controls and security procedures required for federal work.

The agreement adds to DCLS's federal portfolio, which includes a multi-year transcription contract with the U.S. Army and language and professional services for other public sector organizations.
