Accessibility Statement

Last updated September 7, 2026

DCLS Global is committed to making its website usable for the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is core to our mission of connecting people across language and communication barriers, and we hold our own digital properties to the same standard.

01. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Where we support federal government customers, we also work toward the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

02. Measures we take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Consider accessibility in design and content decisions;
  • Use semantic HTML, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and visible keyboard focus;
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast and text that can be resized without loss of content;
  • Test with keyboard navigation and screen readers during development; and
  • Review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site.

03. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies. It may not work fully with older browsers or unsupported tools.

04. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas for improvement include embedded third-party media and documents, and content hosted on external portals we link to. We are working to address these, and we welcome reports of specific problems.

05. Language access

If you need information from this site in another language, or in an alternative format such as large print, accessible PDF, or plain-language summary, contact us and we will provide it at no cost to you. DCLS supports communication in more than 250 spoken and signed languages.

06. Feedback and how to report a barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier or need assistance with any part of it, contact us at legal@dclsglobal.com. Please describe the page, the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2-5 business days and to address issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

07. Assessment and date

This statement reflects our current assessment of the site, last reviewed on the date shown above. It was prepared using self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA. We will update it as the site and our testing evolve.
