The challenge

An international conference brought together senior U.S. military leaders, presidential advisors, and high-ranking foreign government officials. It called for rigorous logistical planning, interpretation across several languages and regional dialects, and a communications approach fit for a high-level audience.

The solution

DCLS provided interpretation in multiple languages, including several dialects of Arabic plus Portuguese and French.

The DCLS team built the full event schedule and run sheet, coordinated speakers, presenters, vendors, and attendees, defined roles and communication lines for each participant group, and maintained contingency plans for schedule changes and cancellations. Alongside the logistics, DCLS developed the communication plan and led public-relations activity around the engagement — messaging frameworks, story angles, and stakeholder coordination.
