Language Training Program Manager

About the role

DCLS delivers custom language and cultural-competency training for corporate and government clients, from role-specific language instruction to cross-cultural communication programs for global teams. The Language Training Program Manager designs and runs these programs.

You scope client needs, assemble instructors and curriculum, manage delivery across cohorts and modalities, and measure outcomes so each program demonstrably improves participants' ability to work across languages and cultures.

What you’ll do

• Consult with clients to define training objectives, audiences, and success measures.
• Design program structure and coordinate curriculum development with instructional designers and instructors.
• Manage scheduling, enrollment, delivery (virtual, in-person, blended), and materials.
• Track attendance, assessments, and participant feedback; report outcomes to clients.
• Recruit and manage a roster of qualified language and cultural-competency instructors.
• Support proposals for new training engagements.

What you bring

• 4+ years in corporate training, learning and development, or language program management.
• Understanding of adult learning and language-acquisition methods.
• Experience managing instructors and multi-cohort program delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication and organization.
• A background in linguistics or education, or additional languages, is a plus.
