Data & Analytics Consultant

About the role

DCLS technology engagements bring an organization's data together, make it trustworthy, and turn it into answers teams can act on. As a Data & Analytics Consultant you deliver that work directly with client teams, often in healthcare, government, and education.

You assess the current state, build pipelines and models, establish governance and shared definitions, and stand up the dashboards and analyses that decisions run on. You also help clients apply AI and automation where it genuinely adds value.

What you’ll do

• Assess client data sources, quality, architecture, and reporting needs.
• Design and build data pipelines, models, and dashboards.
• Establish data-quality checks, documentation, and shared metric definitions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Advise on responsible use of AI and automation in analytics workflows.
• Contribute to solution design and estimates on proposals.

What you bring

• 4+ years in analytics engineering, data consulting, or a comparable delivery role.
• Strong SQL and experience with a modern data stack (warehouse, transformation, BI); Python is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives and operational staff.
• Experience with healthcare, government, or education data and its constraints is a plus.
• Able to pass a background check for government-adjacent work.
