Client Partner, Government & Commercial

About the role

DCLS is growing across government and commercial markets. The Client Partner owns a set of client relationships and a pipeline: understanding what each organization is trying to achieve, bringing the right mix of DCLS technology, consulting, and language services, and growing the account over time.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role. You work closely with delivery leaders to make sure what is sold is what is delivered.

What you’ll do

• Own relationships and revenue for a portfolio of accounts and prospects.
• Develop account plans and a qualified pipeline across DCLS service lines.
• Lead opportunity qualification, solutioning with delivery teams, and proposal development.
• Navigate government procurement pathways and contract vehicles with the capture team.
• Represent DCLS at client meetings, briefings, and industry events.
• Forecast accurately and keep the CRM current.

What you bring

• 5+ years in B2B or public-sector business development, account management, or client partnership.
• Experience selling services (language, technology, or consulting) into government and/or enterprise.
• Familiarity with federal contracting and procurement is a strong plus.
• Consultative approach and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
