About the role

DCLS helps organizations redesign how work gets done: operating models, processes, and the technology that supports them. As a Business Transformation Consultant you lead engagements that connect strategy to operations, often where a technology or AI change also requires an organizational one.

You assess the current operating model, design the target state, and guide the client through implementation and adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Assess client operating models, processes, and pain points.
  • Design target-state processes, roles, and governance.
  • Build implementation roadmaps and business cases.
  • Lead change management, training, and adoption planning.
  • Coordinate with technology and language teams on cross-functional engagements.
  • Support proposals and scoping.

What you bring

  • 4+ years in operations consulting, process improvement, or transformation delivery.
  • Experience with operating-model design and process mapping.
  • Comfortable pairing organizational change with technology or AI adoption.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A change-management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

How to apply

Complete the short application form — it takes about 5–10 minutes, and you can attach your resume and, optionally, a cover letter. Questions? Email hr@dclsglobal.com.
